These answers describe the current offer. The final scope and service agreement control project-specific details.
01 What counts as a routine content update?
Routine updates generally use the website’s existing structure, such as changing provided text, hours, team details, photos, or other current page content. New pages, integrations, and functionality are reviewed separately.
02 How many pages are included?
Managed Website includes one to three core pages. Additional pages can be reviewed and quoted when the initial scope or a later request requires them.
03 Is hosting included?
Yes. Hosting and SSL are included in the Managed Website plan.
04 Who owns the domain?
Domain registration and account access are reviewed during onboarding. The service agreement will state who controls the registrar account and how access is handled.
05 Can you replace my current website?
Yes. We can review the current website, identify what should carry forward, and determine whether the one-to-three-page managed scope fits the replacement.
06 Is ecommerce included?
No. Ecommerce is outside the normal Managed Website plan and requires a separate quote or Custom Systems scope.
07 What happens if I need a custom feature?
We review the requirement first. If it falls outside the managed plan, we explain the scope and quote it separately before any custom work begins.
08 What happens after the initial agreement?
The available options after the twelve-month initial agreement will be defined in the service agreement provided before work begins.
